Now that the global economy is on the down turn, and inflation is on the increase globally. It is important to grow smarter every day. Doing so may mean adopting network marketing as a stream of income.
You may be among the 95% of the world population badly affected by the rising cost of living. Inflation greatly raises the cost of living making it very difficult for the great majority of the people to cope with real living.
The effect is that majority will reduce the standard of living to match their income. This is the popular option and yet one of the worst options. Here people resign their lives to fate. This results in not really living but merely existing. Consequently, such people give up what they love to do, and begin the journey to a mediocre life. I was there for several years.
Another majority of the people may resort to borrowing in order to partially meet up with the most basic standard of living that is manageable. This option is even worse than the option above
You don’t need to do any of the above as that is the pathway of the majority that are less smart. am definitely persuaded that you are not one of them otherwise you won’t be reading this.
There are a smarter ways out!
One of the ways out is through network marketing as a stream of income. .
But what is networking? I will try to answer that question now and will follow it up with some series subsequently such as is network marketing as a stream of income profitable?
What is network marketing as a stream of income?
Network marketing is a type of business strategy where profit is theoretically derived from two or more revenue streams: from direct sales to customers, from commission based on the sales of recruited team members and commission from recruiting team members.
It can also be defined as a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit. This recruited sales force is referred to as the participant’s “downline”, and can provide multiple levels of compensation.
It is very popular with people looking for part-time, flexible businesses. Some of the best-known companies all over the world are involved in network marketing, including Avon, Trevo and a host of others, fall under the network marketing umbrella.
Network marketing is also called Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid selling (not scheme), and referral marketing. Network marketing is quite different from both Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes.
A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services.
Both Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes are quite seductive because they may be able to deliver a high rate of return to a few early investors for a short period of time. Yet, both pyramid and Ponzi schemes are illegal because they inevitably must fall apart with time. No program can recruit new members forever without sales of products or services. Usually it operates under the guise of obtaining from “Peter” to give “Paul”.
Such get rich schemes paint bad pictures of network marketing as a stream of income because many people cannot readily distinguish the two.
Times are difficult. You must be wary and should not allow the seductive offers of the Ponzi and pyramid schemes to lure you into wasting your scarce resources.
Many people are also scared away from network marketing as a stream of income because of the old method of hawking goods and services.
There are better and smarter ways of networking today. All you need to do is just have an open mind and appreciate the fact that you need another stream of income that is legitimate, will not take much of your time and at the same time produce a decent income over time.
Network marketing as a stream of income is a smart way to go.
